Are you a creative or professional working in the film sector of Rwanda? A film enthusiast passionate about your country’s film industry and its cinematic heritage?

 

Then share your knowledge of Rwandan film with the world by joining the AfroCreatives WikiProject +film campaign to increase film-related content on Wikipedia, the world's largest and most popular encyclopedia. 

 

All registered participants will receive a certificate issued by the Wikimedia Foundation and will have a chance to compete for a range of awesome local and international prizes. 

 

If you are new to editing on Wikipedia, we strongly encourage you to sign-up to a brief online training session when you register to participate in the campaign.  The sessions, led by experienced local Wikipedians, will provide basic editing know-how that will allow you to immediately jump in and join the campaign. For participants who want some hands-on practice and support, the training session will be followed by an edit-a-thon practice session.

Create a New Account on Wikipedia
(OPTIONAL) You can complete this step later but you must have an account created to participate in the campaign and training session.

Participants new to editing on Wikipedia are strongly encouraged to sign-up for a 45 mn training session on 16 July at 1pm WAT led by local Nigerian organizers.

If part of the film industry, select the category(ies) of film in which you are the most active.
